Terms and Conditions for Current and New Swimmers

Enrolments
Our goal at Little Monsters is to spend less time on admin and more time teaching kids to swim. So we have streamlined the enrolment process so parents can do the following by simply logging into their account via our website:

  • enrol swimmers
  • make full payment
  • print out receipts
  • record non-attendance
  • arrange catch-up classes

All swimmers, current and new, are expected to enrol each and every term.

Current swimmers will be given priority and notified by email prior to the end of each term that re-enrolments and payments are required for the next term. If current swimmers do not enrol and pay by the specified date the place will be made available to others. Once the re-enrolment deadline for current swimmers has past new swimmers will then be notified that enrolments are open to all.

Payments
Term fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment. Our preferred method of payment is with credit card by logging into their account via our website.

All transaction are processed in Australian Dollars – $AUD.

Refund Policy
At Little Monsters, our number one focus is to offer fun and friendly swim lessons in a great facility perfect for little ones. We also aim to offer quality customer service with a personal approach to ensure all parents and swimmers are happy with their lessons.

We understand that sometimes the best outcomes are achieved when we match swimmers with a teacher whose style is similar to your parenting style. If you feel like your swimmer may benefit from a different teaching style please contact us to let us know.

Credits or a refund will be happily offered to any swimmer not satisfied with our service. Please contact us via our website to discuss.

Catch-up Classes
Little Monsters Swim School does not guarantee catch-up classes for missed sessions, however we do understand it is not always possible to attend your scheduled class, so we make free spots in existing classes available so parents can book catch-ups.

about-us NEWPlease note our policy for catch-up classes is as follows:

  • Parents must record their swimmer’s non-attendance by logging into their account via our website (by the latest) one hour prior to lesson start time in order to qualify for a catch up lesson, if not the lesson is forfeited
  • The earlier you record your non-attendance, the easier it will be for another parent to book a catch-up class for their swimmer
  • Catch up classes can only be booked online (not by phone, sms or email)
  • Catch-up classes are only available from Week 3 – 10 of each term
  • Catch-up classes can only be booked (the earliest) 7 days prior to the date of preferred catch-up class day and time
  • The max. number of catch up classes per term is four
  • Catch-up classes do not rollover into the following term
  • If a catch-up class is missed it cannot be rebooked
  • Catch-up classes are not offered for holiday programs

Swimming Attire
All students who are not toilet trained must wear tightly fitting swimwear such as ‘Happy Nappys’ over swimmer nappies as a second layer of protection to ensure what happens in the nappy stays in the nappy.
It is recommended that swimmers with long hair wear swim caps.

Parental Supervision
All swimmers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over the age of 18) at all times whilst at the centre. Children will not be allow in the pool without a parent or guardian present.
